Terms of Service

Purpose and acceptance

MAJ Cloud is a business operations platform used to support the work of Maj's Magical Plumbing and MAJ Construction Inc. By accessing or using MAJ Cloud, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms of Service and applicable company policies.

Authorized users only

MAJ Cloud is limited to authorized users. Users must protect their account credentials, use only the companies and features they are permitted to access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access may be limited or revoked when reasonably necessary to protect the platform or company information.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the information they enter and the documents or communications they create or send. Users must confirm customer details, pricing, scope, payment terms, recipients, attachments, and other material information before use.

MAJ Cloud may help generate proposals, invoices, contracts, reports, PDFs, and emails. These outputs are business tools and may contain errors or require revision. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving every output before relying on it, signing it, or sending it to another person.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access; misuse accounts, customer information, or communications; reverse engineer the platform except where applicable law expressly permits it; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; or use MAJ Cloud in a way that violates applicable law, contractual duties, or third-party rights.

Third-party services

Some functions rely on third-party services, such as hosting, authentication, storage, email, or communications providers. Use of those functions may also be subject to the provider's terms and availability. MAJ Cloud does not control every interruption, delay, or change affecting a third-party service.

Availability and changes

MAJ Cloud is maintained and improved over time, so its availability, appearance, and functionality may change. Features may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary. The platform is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MAJ Cloud and the businesses operating it will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform. Any responsibility for direct loss will be limited to losses reasonably caused by the platform and proven under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as MAJ Cloud and its business requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its last-updated date.
