Google Account Integration

Gmail for authorized business communication

Authorized MAJ Platform users may connect a company Google account to identify the sending account and send customer-facing business email through Gmail.

MAJ Platform requests only Google identity and Gmail send authorization for this workflow. It does not request access to read, modify, browse, or retrieve messages from the connected mailbox. OAuth refresh credentials are encrypted and stored server-side, temporary access tokens are not permanently stored, and authorized users can disconnect the company Gmail connection.
